- Signing up as an ambassador is free and open to anyone.
- Signing up as an organization is only possible when you have signed up as an ambassador.
- Each organization is a type of which is selectable during the registration process.
- Each organization needs to be approved by our team to verify authenticity. This will be done within 48 hours.
Posting messages
- As our platform is focused on organizations with social impact, communication on our platform is currently limited for certain organization types including eenmanszaak, bv, nv, cv, vof and commv.
- In order to post a message, please make sure your message is about your news, activities, social impact, or related.
- We don’t allow commercial messages (without social impact) and we reserve the right to decline some messages. This includes promotions for goods and services, sales, discounts, or any other form of promotion. (This may change in the future without further notice.)
- Promotional messages for events and social activities are allowed.
- Organizations operating as vzw, ivzw, feitelijke vereniging and stichting are allowed to post any message as long as it has a social purpose in mind in line with their daily operation.
- Messages can not be harmful to any member of our society. We don’t tolearte discrimination, hateful speech, and other malicious messages.
- All messages need to be approved by our team to verify their validity. This will be done within 48 hours.
Listing sustainability actions
- Every individual or organization can post as many actions as they want.
- The actions can only be made public when the appropriate fee is paid in full.

Payment
- An invoice is presented for organizations with a valid VAT number within the EU.
- Another form of expense report can be provided on request.
- Payment is possible through Payconiq, Paypal, or by wire transfer.
Changes
The rules can be updated at any time without notice, in which the change is effective immediately. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
